Food Expo 2019


DALANDANte Gulapa and KMJS or Kariman More Juper Sarap


This one was different we still cook in here but today we sell it to our schoolmates. We sell Fresh Dalandan Juice and Kariman Sandwich. We are in our assgined gazebo waiting for our costumers to buy.


•In making the Kariman: first put the ham and cheese inside the bread, then coat it in bread crumbs, then fry it until golden brown.
•In making the Fresh Dalandan Juice: Squeeze the dalandan into the jar, then put water and sugar and ice, then stir until sa sugar is dissolved.


We invest P 500 for kariman and P 250 for the dalandan juice. It's not bad because we have P 1,400 for our income.
We enjoyed selling this to teachers and other students. It's nice to see them enjoying the food that we sell.

This time we have a new group. It's not the same group before, but it's okay because we still manage to help each other. This time we are tasked to cook an Open Faced Sandwich, Club Sandwich, and Rolled Sandwich.


•In making the Open Faced Sandwich: We toast the bread, and put the ham and lettuce at the top then we put the mixture of the whip cream and sandwich mayo.
•In making the Club Sandwich: We also toast the bread, put the ham, bacon and chicken then we spread the mayonnaise and repeat it to make 2 layers, then cut it in half.
•In making the Rolled Sandwich: We fllaten sa bread, thenwe put a bacon, tomatoes,lettuce and mayo inside then we roll it in ham.


We also served this with fresh lemon juice, we make this lemon juice by mixing the lemon citrus, sugar, water and ice in it.


Even though we don't have enough ingredients we still manage to make one. It's still fun to make this with my groupmates. We enjoyed eating the sandwich together. 

Salad Making



SALAD MAKING


Same group but this time we are tasked to cook a salad. The kind of salad we chose was Chicken Macaroni Salad. At first we are having a hard time assigning the ingredients to others members, but luckily we succeed. This is the finish product of our work.


•In making the Chicken Macaroni Salad: We boiled the macaroni, chopped the ham, chicken, and onion leaves, when the boiling is done we mixed the mayonnaise and mayo sandwich spread into the macaroni salad and put the other ingredients.

We also make a lemon juice as our drinks. It's a mix of lemon, water and sugar then put it in a wine glass.


Making this is also fun. We make a lot of memories together while making this. After we cook this Chicken Macaroni Salad we share it to our classmates because we didn't expect that we cooked to many for our servings. A lot of our classmates said that it taste nice and good so we are proud.

Appetizer Making




APPETIZER MAKING

Making this kinds of appetizers was fun. We are tasked to cook 3 kinds of appetizers. Our room was grouped into 4 and I am grouped with my friends, which is group 1. My groupmates are Ezra, Joanna, Ariane, Ysa, Justine, Mary ann, Sammy, Chillanie, Alex and Hajie.


We cook 3 kinds of appetizers which is deviled eggs, canapés, and hotdog rolled in bacon. We also make an Iced tea and an Four seasons juice.


•In making the Deviled eggs: We cut the boiled eggs in half, mix the egg yolks with mayonnaise, ang present it in plating.
•In making the Canapés: We use fita bread in making this, mix crushed eggs with tuna and mayo.
•In making the Hotdog rolled in bacon: We cut the hotdog into small pieces, and then wrap it in cheese and bacon,then fry.


We have fun while making these appetizers. We also help each others with our assigned task. Me and my groupmates are proud in what we make because it taste delicous. Our Teacher is also happy in what we cooked. We enjoyed this and we expect that we also do a good job in the next activities.
